We went to all new dealership in Gadsden, leaving unsatisfied with their cars. We decided to check out Devan Lowe's. Shortly after arriving we were greeted by Salesman Chip. My wife saw the vehicle that she liked. Salesman Chip was very helpful in explaining about the car and taking a test drive. Chip stayed with us until the deal was completed. He explained all the gadgets in the car until we were satisfied. Everyone at Devan Lowe were wonderful. We love our Buick!

I brought my 2023 Acadia in for a routine oil change... (it was at about 19-20%) I did not have any issues or warning lights...just a routine oil change. It was suggested by the service dept to have a coolant check so I ok'd it because of the suggestion. after about an hour and a half...I was told that I had a hole in my radiator and there was no coolant in it and I would need a new radiator. I had not had any issues and no warning light ever, and my vehicle stays garage parked always and we have never seen any liquid/drips whatsoever in our garage floor. I had no choice but to get a new radiator..I was there on a Wed and the new radiator would not be in until the next Tuesday and fortunately we bought the extended warranty/insurance and was told it would cost me nothing for the new radiator. However, the oil change day I was charged over $300.00. I have never had to pay that much when I have brought in my vehicles for an oil change and this is our 3rd car to buy from Devan Lowes... and usually I have a coupon or the service manager will have one if I don't...this day I was told they had never heard of the coupons... (I get them in the mail often but did not have a current one for this day). I just question why I was charged so much and also why my 2023 Acadia Denali did not have a warning light come on about the coolant/radiator. however, when I left, the warning light for the radiator was on. I asked if it was ok to drive it and was told it was...I drove it straight home...my husband put coolant in it and it stayed parked until I brought it back that Tuesday for the new radiator. We brought it in Tuesday morning at 8:15am as we were instructed and was told I would get a call when it was ready to pick up. I called @ 4Pm (b/c I know you close at 5:00 p) and was told it was ready. We picked it up and so far all is good with the new radiator.

Service is horrible. They had my car for over a month the second time. Still not running good. And when they stopped the car back to me they damaging driver side door. Mathew took pics of it and was supposed to show the manager. I never heard a word from the. And I’ve had my car back since April. I will never use Devan Lowe again. I’ve talked to service manager. The customer Service manager. I called and asked for the GM AND GIT PASSED AROUND!!!!

The service was excellent, we did not have to wait long. We were encourage to check the new cars for 2026. While there we met with our salesman Chip. He showed us several new vehicles and answered all of our questions, including about our 2025. We told him about our grocery shopping and buying a new tv, Folding the seats down and easily putting in a 55", along with two months of groceries. Thanks for the wonderful service. My wife loves her car.

I went their almost a yr ago for my appointment to service a recall - I left my suv to be done but after they checked it they said they did not have the color needed - my interior is black so it had to be ordered after I have not heard from them in a couple weeks I called and was told it was on back order and again that they would call when part came in - well waited again a couple months and still nothing so I called and talked to dept head and was told again on back order we will call when it comes in . And I waited till last week when I called back after receiving a notice my recall had still nothing been done - got an appointment Tuesday and finally had it done . So why tell a customer they will notify them then not follow thru - the whole process only took about 15-20 minutes and I was out of there

we dropped our vehicle off last saturday and have been calling daily to try and find out what is going on and get an updated but each day we have not received a call back. the last two days we were told it was 'being pulled in now' and they would give us a call back and we have still heard nothing. at this point, we are thinking about having the vehicle moved to chevy of gadsden and don't plan on returning for service on either of our chevy's in the future. service here used to be great but something has changed. It shouldn't be too difficult to return a call - especially when we've followed up daily since Monday and it is now Thursday.

I did not have service on 2/25/26 but on 2/4/26 I brought mytruck in because the forward collision light was on. I had had the windshield replaced and thought it needed to be reset. I was told since windshield had been replaced the overhead camera module it was not under warranty(which they would not have known it hade been except i told them this). Your service department tried to charge me over $1000 to replace it. I said I wanted to think about it and went home, Googled the problem, pulled the fuse for the overhead camera replaced it. Light went off,camera started working and has not come back on. I hope I never have to come back to your dealership. I bought my truck new there & was looking to trade also.

I was so impressed when I arrived at the dealership they had my truck parked in front with red carpet laid out at the doors for me to view my purchase. They asked if they could take a picture of me in front of the truck for the website and I told them that would be fine. They drove my old truck to determine how much they would give me for a trade-in for my new vehicle with them. worked on the paperwork and signed the papers. They went over everything with me so I knew what I was signing for my payments. After that, I had a sales person named Chip. Go over everything in the truck with me. He was very patient with me. He helped me set up the apps on my phone cause I could not do it so he asked if he could help me and he did. After everything was set up on the truck to my liking he said I could drive my truck off the lot. I am very pleased. I will be getting another vehicle from them in the future and I was introduced to other people, but I just cannot remember all their names. They were all very friendly. Thank you for my truck.

We had no intention of purchasing a new Canyon because I already had a 2024 Model, my son had heard me say I wouldn't mind having a different color which he told Chip what I had said. Saturday morning Chip called me to let me know that Devan Lowe had gray Canyon AT4 in stock. Again only going to look at it we arrived a short time later were Jeff the sales manager met us at the door letting us know Chip would be with us ASAP and introduced us to Wyatt who pulled the Canyon up so we could look it over until Chip was free. Needless to say I fell in love with it but being old school i tried not to show it. Chip is like a walking book of knowledge I think on every vehicle on their lot, any and every question I ask him about the Canyon he knew the answer without having to look it up or go ask questions. After a short time later and agreeing on a price we drove the Canyon home.

The service and repairs that were supposed to take 1 - 2 days wound up being 7 days. Having owned a repair shop myself I know how some things do not work out as expected; but I was very disappointed with the communication about the repair status. I was told that someone would check with the mechanic and callback. Two different times I never heard a word back.

I think it is bad for your shop to come out and tell your customer that it is going to cost them almost 300 Dollars to change two parking lights. That is what I was told. They said the bumper had to come off to do that a because I have a brush guard on that has to come off also. My truck is a 2014 Chevy Silverado. They explained all of it to me just seems like thier should be a way it could be done without all having to come off. Not mad at anyone because of it just know light bulbs go out fairly often and that is a lot of money to have a light bulb replaced each time. I will stop now. Maybe they can find a way to fix that problem cause I know I am not the only one with a 2014 truck.

The people are good. I was previously having trouble with back up camera working most of time .so they said when replace module for radio and screen would fix camera issue. Well it's back to working most of time. But since car out of warranty, they could not get to do so not do anything about.
